Nem sempre é fácil acertar a mão em continuações, mas as primeiras reações a John Wick 3: Parabellum estão dizendo o contrário.
Vários críticos de cinema usaram o Twitter para publicar suas primeiras impressões sobre o filme, e muitos deles disseram que o terceiro capítulo é o melhor até agora.

Finalmente posso dizer que John Wick 3 é, sem dúvidas, o melhor dos três filmes. Cenas de luta ridiculamente inventivas, muita construção de mundo e ótimos vilões. Há uma luta de faca nesse filme que é única. Além disso, a personagem da Halle Berry precisa de uma série própria.

John Wick 3 é meu filme favorito de 2019, e vai precisar de muito para tirarem esse posto dele. Desde o primeiro soco até a última bala, é realmente cinema de ação transcendental. Também é o mais próximo da estrutura cinematográfica sul-coreana que eu já vi em um filme americano, e isso é um elogio e tanto! Pura arte!

John Wick 3 é o melhor da ação. Ele aumenta o nível da franquia e acrescenta mais profundidade para o universo. Asia Kate Dillon, Halle Berry e Mark Dacascos são grandes adições ao elenco. JW3 também tem o que deve ser meu assassinato favorito dos três filmes.
Outros preferiram ressaltar outro ponto positivo: os cachorros.

John Wick 3 é impressionante. Algumas das sequências de ação são tão insanas que você se pergunta como o diretor Chad Stahelski e seu time as filmarem. Tendo dito isso, a sequência com Halle Berry, Keanu Reeves e os cachorros dela pode ser minha favorita. Esperem para ver. Especialmente se vocês gostam de cachorros…

John Wick 3 é um final, se for um final, eletrizante para John Wick. Não é um filme perfeito mas consolida John Wick como o ícone de ação definitivo dos anos 2010. O filme começa em uma crescente e, exaustivamente, a mantém o tempo todo. Além disso: BONS CACHORROS.
No terceiro longa, John Wick está com a cabeça a prêmio por US$ 14 milhões. O motivo: ele quebrou a regra básica de não matar ninguém no território do Hotel Continental. Como se isso não bastasse, a vítima era membro da Alta Cúpula. Agora o assassino precisará se manter vivo e enfrentar adversários perigosos, enquanto tenta chegar em Nova York.
O longa está sob comando de Chad Stahelski — quem dirigiu John Wick: Um Novo Dia Para Matar.
